We want to share Kâu Ba’s approach to enhancing health and safety protocols to keep you and our team safe.

Since COVID-19 is primarily spread person to person through respiratory droplets but can also live on high-touch surfaces, the best way to combat the virus is by practicing physical distancing, frequently washing hands, and disinfecting surfaces with EPA-approved disinfectants.

The COVID-19 protocols that Kâu Ba strictly follows are:

  • Disinfecting the entire restaurant every day 

  • Wiping down surfaces after every use

  • Checking temperatures for all employees upon arrival to work

  • Using Q8 hand sanitizer that offers military-grade, long lasting, active barrier protection

  • Making hand sanitizer and masks available for all guests

  • Operating at reduced capacity both indoors and outdoors. Tables placed 6’ apart

  • Utilizing QR codes for menus or providing single-use menus, dependent on guest preference

  • Wiping down bathrooms every 20-30 minutes

  • Limiting shared utensils and plating food for people to avoid utensil sharing
